Practice
KARL A. CHAMBERS is an associate attorney specializing in insurance defense and insurance coverage. He is an experienced litigator handling matters from pre-suit through trial and appeal. He handles both first-party and third-party cases representing individuals and corporations in a wide range of cases, with a primary focus on personal injury and insurance bad faith matters.
Experience
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Chambers secured a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John Coughlin of the 2nd Judicial District followed by a clerkship with the Colorado Court of Appeals, where he served the Honorable Harold Reed until September of 1991.
In September of 1991, Karl was hired as an Associate attorney with the law firm of Creamer & Seaman, P.C. Karl continued working with that firm or successors thereof for the next 23 years, the last five years of which he served as the managing Partner. In 2017, Karl’s firm merged with Patterson Ripplinger, P.C.
During his well-established career, Karl acquired extensive experience in the defense of personal injury and insurance bad faith matters. He has been involved in the defense of hundreds of personal injury and bad faith lawsuits. He has also successfully argued numerous cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court. In addition, he has been a keynote speaker at numerous CLE courses on the topics of insurance bad faith and personal injury litigation.
Education
Karl is a proud Colorado native. His undergraduate education was at Colorado State University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in business administration in 1985. After obtaining an undergraduate degree, he attended the University of San Diego School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1988.

Karl is admitted to practice in Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
